Soaring Energy bills raise question about efficiency home heating system of NIBE Reports MistingFansDirect.com

(EnergyIndustry.Net, September 18, 2012 ) San Francisco, CA – The residents of government-funded affordable-housing estates have been facing soaring electricity bills due to poor home heating systems by NIBE manufactures. Meanwhile, NIBE manufactures claim that their system was effective. They stated economically negative news is propaganda against their firm.

Sam Claussen, who lives with her family in the government-funded housing estate told the media that they have been facing high electricity bills due to the poor heating system. He also stated they now have to decide between food and keeping their home warm. She says that she is living along with small children who need to be provided hot water and a warm living place, but it is becoming increasingly difficult for her to carry on with such costly energy bills.

Claussen says her family has been charged $406 during the last two months.

Meanwhile, the Energy Performance Certificate states that the heating system installed in the government-funded estate will cost the resident $644-806 per year. The families living in such homes have claimed to pay a massive amount of $406 for just the first two months, and are concerned about the days to come.

Claussen spoke to the media and said that if the same ratio of billing continues, she is concered that her family will have payed nearly $2,500 by the end of year on electricity bills alone.

She also stated, “When our first electricity bill came through for $406, and that was for just under two months, we were horrified. It became absolutely clear that this system was far from economical and was costing a fortune to run.”

Danielle Tarrier, another resident of the government-funded estate, said it was an irritating situation for his family and was getting difficult for them to make end’s meat.

“I’ve ended up in tears on the phone to my electricity company when they’re saying, ‘You’ve got to pay this,’ and I’m saying I physically can’t.” he added.
